By accepting this agreement to purchase any of the offered Cardone Nutrition Packages, each individual client agrees to the following:

1. Each subscription will be billed in weekly recurring payments. The credit card used during checkout will be charged exactly the amount of the selected subscription weekly. (If individual clients credit number changes or expires, the individual clients must notify Cardone Nutrition and update credit card information prior to the next billing cycle.)

2. There are no refunds once a plan has been chosen and purchased. All sales are final.

3. There are no cancellations to any 3-month subscription plan purchased once the purchase is complete. Individual client agrees to a full 3-month financial commitment at a weekly subscription plan of their choosing.
