How to potentially fix bad Cholesterol?

This is not medical advice nor am I recommending you do this. Just personal opinion on some things I have done for myself.

Cholesterol has a lot of misconceptions. A lot of studies show, Cholesterol a lot of times doesn’t come from fats. It actually comes from high sugar intake as well. So normally if LDL’s are high, I will limit red meat intake and make sure no extra sugar is in the diet.

I will then add in some cardio, cut back on CARBS. Yes, white carbs can throw cholesterol off. Along with this, I will than add in 3 AD Heart +, 200mg extra ubiquinol, 6g fish oil per day sometimes 8-10g, up my curcumin dose. I will then see how this does and evaluate it in 4 weeks. Remember this isn’t medical advice. Just a personal experience I am sharing.
