Packages

Coaching Packages and Pricing

One on one, men only, fully online. Three, six or twelve month commitments. Two tiers, and the only difference between them is whether Dom writes your training as well.

Same price, any goal

Contest prep, offseason and lifestyle coaching all cost the same. That is unusual in this niche, and it is deliberate. A lifestyle client's blood work, hormones and nutrition take the same attention as a competitor's, and an offseason build is where most competitive outcomes are actually decided. Charging a premium for prep would mean charging most for the least productive phase of the year.

The standard

Who this is for, and who it is not

Right fit

This is for you if

  • Anyone done collecting information and ready to execute.
  • Anyone coachable enough to follow direction and report honestly.
  • Anyone who repeats the ordinary disciplines without negotiation.
  • Anyone prepared to invest what the goal actually demands.

Wrong fit

This is not for you if

  • Anyone looking for a drug protocol to replace execution.
  • Anyone who wants validation instead of coaching.
  • Anyone who follows the plan only when it is convenient.
  • Anyone shopping for the cheapest answer or the fastest fix.

None of that is posturing. Coaching at this level works when the fit is right and wastes everyone's money when it is not.

How it works

Three steps to the first plan

  1. 01

    You get in touch

You email Dom or send him a message, and tell him where you are now and what you are chasing. It goes to him, not to an assistant, and it costs you nothing.

  2. 02

    You get a call

If it looks like a fit, you get on a call with Dom directly. He will tell you honestly whether he thinks he can get you there and what it would take.

  3. 03

    Onboarding and your first plan

Intake, blood work review where relevant, and your first nutrition, supplement and cardio protocols. Platinum clients film their gym so the training programming is built around the equipment they actually have.

Pricing and logistics

Common questions

What is the difference between Elite and Platinum?

Platinum is Elite plus your training. Elite covers nutrition, supplementation, cardio, health protocols, blood work review, weekly check-ins and hormone optimization. Platinum adds custom training programming built around the equipment in your gym, plus weekly video review of five top sets. That is the entire difference.

Why is the price the same for contest prep, offseason and lifestyle?

Because the work is the same. A lifestyle client's blood work, hormones and nutrition take the same attention as a competitor's, and an offseason build is where most competitive outcomes are actually decided. Charging a premium for prep would reward the least productive phase of the year.

Do you offer month to month coaching?

No. The shortest commitment is three months. Physique change, blood work response and hormone adjustments are not visible inside thirty days, and a one-month contract encourages exactly the kind of chasing that produces nothing.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Payment plans are available on both tiers and on all three commitment lengths. Ask on your call.

How often do I speak to Dom?

Every week, at minimum, through your check-in. You are not sharing him with an assistant coach and you are not filing a form into a queue. Platinum clients also send five training videos a week that he reviews personally.

What happens after I get in touch?

Dom reads your message himself. If it looks like a fit, you get on a call with him. If it does not, he will tell you that too rather than take a payment he does not think will produce anything.

Do I need to be a competitor?

No. Coaching is offered on the same terms whether you compete or not. The lifestyle side of it is for men who want their energy, body composition, blood work and hormones handled properly by someone who does this at the professional level.

Does coaching include supplying or prescribing anything?

No. Coaching does not include the supply, sale, sourcing or prescription of pharmaceuticals, peptides or performance-enhancing drugs. Coaching is coaching. Anything discussed about hormones or compounds is educational and is not a recommendation or a protocol to follow.

Know which tier you want?

Get in touch and tell Dom where you are now. If it is a fit you get on a call with him directly, and if it is not he will say so.
